Greetings everyone! School starts Tuesday … ready or not! The staff is excited to see all of you whether online or remote.
For those who are dropping their children off at school:
Drop-off is between 8:00 and 8:15. Please enter the second driveway entrance and proceed to the main door. If there is a car in front of you, please wait until it has cleared away and then pull up to the door. You may help your children to the door. Please remember that children must be wearing masks/face coverings. Please wait until their temperature has been taken before leaving.
Pick-up is between 3:00 and 3:15. Again enter the second entrance, stay in line behind any vehicles that are ahead of you, and proceed to the door. A staff member will bring your student to your car.
Bus families:
Students must be wearing a face covering to ride the bus. If they are not wearing one, they will be provided one. They will use hand sanitizer boarding the bus, then proceeding to their assigned seats. They will also be using hand sanitizer when they exit. The bus drivers will alert them to any other new procedures. We ask that you have a phone number available in case you need to be called about a high temperature reading.
All bus times will be similar to times in the past. I am sure that they may be a little inconsistent at first as we get used to the new routine.
Remote Families:
Your student's classroom teacher will alert you as to what time they will be taking attendance. It will be between 8:30 and 9:00. Teachers will also be providing their schedules to your household directly.
